Day 01 : Arrival Delhi
On arrival at New Delhi International Airport, Our representative will receive you and transfer you to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 02 : Delhi
Morning after breakfast take a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi & New Delhi.
Old Delhi - the 350-year-old walled city was built by Emperor Shah Jehan in 1648 as his capital. Opposite the fort are the black and white onion dome and minarets of the Jama Masjid, the most elegant mosque in India. Raj Ghat is worth a visit where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948.
New Delhi - the new capital designed by Sir Edward Lutyens. An interesting drive in the one passing through the impressive Rajpath from the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate towards the Presidential Palace. Visit Humayun's Tomb built in 1565 AD, Safdarjung's Tomb, the Qutub Minar, 72 meters high and the most curious antique, the uncorroded Ashoka Pillar, which dates back to the 4th century AD. Also visit Laxmi Narayan temple popularly known as Birla Temple. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.
Day 03 : Delhi - Agra ( Approx 4 Hrs by road )
Early morning take a leisure drive to Agra. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal built by Shah Jahan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. This architectural marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble that stands testimony to the skill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together from Persia, Turkey, France and Italy and who took 17 year to complete this 'Love Poem in Marble'.
In the Afternoon visit the Agra Fort, built by Emperor Akbar between 1565 & 1573, which reveals the Mughal talent for combining defensive architecture with beauty and design. This fort palace was begun by Akbar as a purely defensive citadel and was subsequently completed by two successive generations that added the delicate mosaic and magnificent marble palaces. In the evening explore the rich handicrafts of Agra at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel in Agra.
Day 04 : Agra - Ranthambhore ( By road )
In the morning drive to Ranthambhore, Rajasthan's most renowned wildlife sanctuary, a perfect natural habitat for tigers, set in the Aravalli and Vindhya hills. Ranthambore was one of the hunting preserves of the former rulers of Jaipur and has a good population of tiger and other wildlife species which include blue bulls, black bucks, spotted deer or cheetal, wild boars, a large variety of birds and if lucky, the rarely seen leopard. Ranthambore has been declared a "Project Tiger" reserve. En-route stop at the walled city of Fatehpur Sikri, built by Akbar the Great in 1569 to commemorate the birth of his son. Visit the red stone mosques, courtyards and the palace where Akbar once played chess using slave girls as pawns. Arrive Ranthambhore and transfer to your wildlife Resort. Overnight stay at Wildlife Resort in Ranthambhore.
Day 05 : Ranthambhore
In the morning enjoy jungle safari in a canter (open-top vehicle) in Ranthambore national Park and spend time tracking tigers and other wildlife attractions of the park. After lunch at the resort, take another jungle safari and enjoy the game viewing again. Ovenight stay at wildlife resort in Ranthambhore.
Day 06 : Ranthambhore - Jaipur
Early in the morning, Jungle safari in a Canter (open-top vehicle), enjoy the game viewing in the national park and back to your resort, later in the evening drive to Jaipur - the picturesque capital of Rajasthan, built by the warrior-astronomer Raja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727, is full of formidable Forts, enchanting Palaces and lovely temples. Arrive Jaipur and transfer to your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 07 : Jaipur
After breakfast , explore the "pink city" so-called because a great deal of the older era is built of pink-colored stone. visit the Amber Fort on the way ,a spectacular fortress-palace protecting a complex of palaces, temples, exquisite marble and mirror-inlaid halls and apartments. The highlight of the tour is an elephant ride up the hill at the Fort like a Maharaja ! Visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds ), a high and intricately carved wall behind which royal ladies and women of the court were sequestered while watching processions. Also see the Observatory and the City Palace, which houses an excellent collection of Rajasthani costumes, miniatures and an armory of Rajput weapons. In the evening enjoy dinner at Chokhi dhani (an ethnic village resort) where you will have an idea of the village life of Rajasthan. Here you will also get to see various traditional Rajasthani dances, puppet show and other interesting activities. Overnight stay at hotel in Jaipur.
Day 08 : Jaipur - Delhi ( Approx 5 Hrs by road ) - Departure
In the morning, check-out from your hotel, take a leisure drive to Delhi and transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
